Terrible owner, terrible work, would not recommend. Made an appointment and took my tractor here, not good communication. I needed my truck back in a couple of days for a load, called no answer each day all day. I had to personally go down to find the truck wasn't even started on. I had to take it back three different times and when I got it back the stuff that needed fixed wasn't fixed. The floor was all tore up, the dog house was not attached along with the passenger seat and seat belt. Which was unrelated to what needed to be done. Didn't approve additional parts needed to put on the truck, the owner called 4 weeks later to collect on the additional parts. They used old parts off a truck out back and when questioned couldn't remember which parts were used and which were new. Mind you the owner, John Coonz, assured me my truck would be completed on time and all the issues I had would be corrected. When I got there to meet with him, he acted as though he had no clue what I was talking about, was VERY rude, told me he didn't deal with these types of situations because he is only on site 3 hours out of the day and he has 3 other businesses to run (which are all on site and ran out of the same office). He was the only person who I spoke with regarding the parts situation and all the issues, so aren't you suppose to follow-up with that same person if you have an issue? I guess not. So pretty much the owner doesn't care if he has your business or not. He never apologized or said what can we do to correct this, just we need to get this invoice paid.
Worst experience possible. I took my truck in for a simple leak, an it was very obvious the tech had no clue what he was doing. Ford gives a 2 hr flat rate. I was there 7, but left feeling lucky cause the guy I waiting with was quoted 6 hrs to repair his transmission, but was charged for 22hrs. Please do yourself a favor and do not go there. They mechanics are incompetent.
Had a great experience! Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Got our truck in and out fast and did great work. Definitely coming back here!!
BEWARE, The most worst experience in truck repair I have ever had. The owner is more concerned about your money than your truck. I was told to go fix it yourself, after a month and a half of the staff telling me the parts on order, on a part that take two days to receive, or we are researching the problem, which meant they can't follow simple directions on how to correctly install the part. They billed for parts I never received. I watched there own employees leave because they were not happy with the owner. When my truck needs service again I plan to take it to his past employees.
Dont take your truck to this shop they now in 91 fesslers lane nashville tn they are the worst of the worst the are really dishonnest they will give you a quote when you show up to pick up your truck double charge you .the are thief
