The pool technicians have been servicing our pool for almost two years and have done a great job. The staff is friendly, personable and knowledgable. They educated me on the workings of the pool and the system I have. Always supply me with the details of the weekly pool service maintenance. Highly recommend Volunteer Pools and Spas!

The sales staff at the store were very patient and let us climb in all the hot tubs and answered our questions . We came back after shopping all over Nashville to buy from them. The delivery and set up went well and they worked with our electrician getting it wired. The installer answer questions and got our start up chems. in and tub up and running all before noon! Thanks guys!
The manager, Melissa, and her team were fabulous. They went well over expectations in all aspects of customer service. She persevered with the manufacturer on my behalf and kept me informed at all stages while our robot pool cleaner was repaired. I would not hesitate to recommend their company.
I have come to rely on Micah and his staff for all our pool maintenance and chemical needs. Whether it be opening, closing, or anything in between; they have always been of the utmost help and are quite the change from pool and spa depot, which is where we originally purchased our pool. Since dealing with Micah and his staff, I have come to regret not purchasing from volunteer pool and spas. They have been of immense help and assistance, helping to correct a pool they didn't even sell to us; which is another reason I would very highly recommend them. They simply have their customer's best interest in mind, not their own pocketbook.
