My father has had insurance with a different provider for many years but Joel helped us anyway. Over this past year he has answered so many questions & offered invaluable advice about our claims. I never led Joel to believe he would gain my father’s business, he just helped because he is a genuinely good guy! However once we wrap up the claim with our current provider, we will be switching my father’s policies to State Farm with Joel too!
