Food is good when fresh, it's just inconsistent. They are not very fast but when they are slow you do get hot food! They have been getting better the last few times I've been in there I didn't have to wait so long and my food was hot. They are a bit pricy for fast food though considering the type seating they offer on their restaurant.
I love this place! Always have something new. I had a barbeque sandwich and it was delicious!
